Daruma is telkens weer een fijne plaats om mij en mijn moeder onze matcha te halen. We also would like to say thank you to the staff for helping with my shoes !! Daruma is the place we always go to (me and my mom) but today we had a little accident the matcha latte was spilled over my white shoes with mesh. Daruma staff went into action very quickly I took off my shoes and they started with cleaning them which is so nice and because of that little accident that could happen to any server so we got our matchas on the house. Which was also not necessary but we love love love the way they handled everything and we have a lot of love for Daruma crepes and matcha . So we’re coming back for sure and we also recommend it to everybody else. Greetings Jezz & Margie

about €13 for 2 iced drinks iced matcha latte level 2: quite bitter, strong matcha flavor, there are complimentary Monin syrups (you can add whichever and how much you want by yourself) iced strawberry matcha latte with oat milk level 1: less bitter, strawberry makes it a bit more sweet, matcha flavor, could add a tiny bit of syrup to make it sweeter. Not necessarily needed. ⏳it took about 10 min to receive our order. not many spots to sit down, recommend to get it as takeaway. It’s in the corner of Nishi store (the interior of this store i personally don’t like, Daruma cafe has a different interior and color palette which suits a matcha cafe). employees were friendly with a genuine smile on their faces. overall: i would visit again and get my drink as takeaway.

Ordered a creme brulee crepe and it was amazing. Never tried anything like it before. The crème brulee part was perfect and in between the matcha crepe is also some matcha filling and they fill little pieces of brownies and cookies in between the layers which is a nice touch. When I went there was the classic matcha, crème brûlée and seasonal was forest fruits which also looked good. I saw a book with other flavours like biscoff matcha but didn’t ask if they are also limited time available or not. The matcha drink was also good. You can choose the level of matcha you want. I would say a level 1.5 is perfect. Level 1 the milk overpowers but level 2 the matcha overpowers a bit. If you really like the matcha taste I’d go for 2.
